My 10 year old loves this, she had enjoyed trying all the different sounds on the app and also using her own playlist on Spotify as she is sleeping or even winding down for the night.

Bought for me, my son and as gifts the last few years. My recent purchase is a lavender snoozeband for me and it is great. The Velcro band means I can make it comfy above or over my eyes and I find I just keep it on all night even when I’ve asked it to turn the sound off after an hour. The material is soft and cool. I bought the snooze band with the eye attachment, I've used it every night, I really struggle with sleeping and cannot imagine life without it now, I realise that sounds very full on, but when you're someone who is still awake at 4am and now am able to sleep at a reasonable hour has really made a huge difference to me.

SnoozeBand™ - Bluetooth Sleep Headphones

I started having issues with getting off to sleep as my mind would become very active and be catastrophizing thoughts and scenarios in my head (most likely related to the perimenopause). A friend recommended the Snoozeband so I began to do some research. I was quite dubious at the beginning as they are 'just speakers in a headband' however I thought I might as well give it a shot as nothing to lose and I have 14 days to send it back if it doesn't work for me. I started to research the different Snoozebands and used some AI tools to help me to decide on which one would be best for me. I opted for the Snoozeband Original. It totally works for me to help my brain switch off. I use the water sounds on the app which help to relax me enough to get to sleep. My only criticism is that some sounds on the app are only for a short time (1 hour) and when they finish, it is a complete stop which often wakes me up but I do fall asleep quickly afterwards. You can select the repeat function which I think would play the sound for a longer period of time if needed but this will just mean you will need to charge your Snoozeband up more often. It would be better if the sounds had a fade out and didn't stop so dramatically (just my opinion).

Overall, the Snoozeband has really helped me and I now wouldn't be without one.
