I was sceptical but liked the idea that it was washable and that there was a money back guarantee so I thought I had nothing to lose. It has had an immediate effect, I haven't stopped waking up in the night but I quickly go back to sleep, which wasn't the case before when I was awake for hours each night. I have used earbuds & ear phones for years to listen to relaxation modules, music or audio books. Of course they hurt, limit sleep position & make my ears waxy. I love this headband. I used to wear earplugs to drown out my snoring missus, but these are better. I love that i can listen to music from my phone and then double tap a button to switch to the built-in rain sounds right before I fall asleep, saves messing with my phone and waking back up. The fit is adjustable which is great because I have a massive noggin. Im a side sleeper too, so I appreciate the thinness of the speakers. I have tried cheap ones before and they always leave me with sore ears. Slept with these on every night for a week now and not got sore ears once. The eye socket things are perfect for me, full black-out with enough space for my girlish eye lashes to blink without aggravating me. The silk attachment is nice too if you want that cooling effect but I prefer the sockets.

I have been looking for earphones I can wear sleeping without them hurting my ears. I’ve tried so many types but nothing has been good until I found Snoozeband!! Love it so much and have recommended to all my friends. I just wish I could buy extra covers when mine is in the wash
I love my SnoozeBand.I'm autistic and can't tolerate in-ear buds, but my over-ear headphones are too uncomfortable for bedtime or lying down on my side. The snoozeband is more comfortable than i expected and the sound quality is good enough for me. Will be a godsend on the next flight i take as well, i think.
I do love my snoozeband. It has improved my sleep immensely. I used to struggle to fall asleep.
However, since purchasing my snoozeband my sleep pattern has regulated allowing my a relaxing nights sleep.

This is so good that I only wear it when I need a good nights sleep and don’t have to be up too early or if hubby is snoring before I fall asleep as it’s been that good that I have overslept! But that’s only because I am catching up on well needed rest. I love this product and can’t wait to use it on my long haul flight in September
This is my third Snoozeband not because any of the others had anything wrong with them, I just keep upgrading.

I bought this as I could hear noise from upstairs neighbour at night after moving into a new flat. It's comfortable to wear all night, I tend to use it without sound plus ear plugs to sleep which I find blocks out everything. In the day I enjoy using it to watch TV when lying in bed or sampling some of the relaxing sounds on the app. I'd definitely recommend for anyone struggling with sound or light. I'm not a massive fan of the velcro strap as it's loud to unfasten but otherwise I think its well designed and really helpful for people managing noise sensitivity and noisy neighbours! It's also quick to charge which is helpful as I use mine daily.
The SnoozeBand is comfortable even sleeping on your side. The one hour and two hour shut off timer is a very useful feature. It has significantly improved my sleep. Very happy and highly recommend.

Great product, so easy to use. Makes it much easier to manage falling asleep and also when I wake up in the middle of the night.
I’ve had disrupted sleep for quite some time and have tried playing calming sounds and music so I wasn’t sure Snoozeband would be any different. What finally decided my purchase was the lighter mornings waking me up earlier after rubbish sleep. So I chose a version with built in eye mask. The music and sounds really help calm my mind and I’ve even had one night where I managed to sleep through until my alarm!
